Uber-Chef Rick Bayless has continually brought qualitative and creative interpretive Mexican cuisine to Chicago for over 25 years. I love this place more and more every time I eat at one of his competitors. I'm gratefully addicted to the jicama salad, ceviches, vegetable cazuela's, black beans, salsas and goats milk caramel. Don't miss the sandwiches and vegy caldo at Xoco next door.
