Overview
I have always wanted to try this place, I highly recommend waiting for outdoor seating. The place reminds me of Paris. The drinks, service, and food were all great. I especially loved the dirty martini with blue cheese stuffed olives. Every dish I had was great so I imagine it is hard to go wrong!

Overview
My mom came to visit the great windy city and given our mutual love for all things French I took her to Mon Ami Gabi. We were blown away by the presentation of each dish and the service. I have no doubt that your experience will be just as exemplary.

Overview
Mon Ami Gabi has the best steak frites in Chicago - the ambiance makes you feel like you are in a small cafe in Paris but the food portions are definitely for Americans. I love the decor and the food is always amazing, it's a romantic spot, perfect for a date.

Overview
So I hadn't been to this place in years! I was reminded of it from a good friend that writes for the industry, so I decided to give it a try. I ended up arriving only to find out that I'd made the reservation for the wrong week, but the hostess couldnt have been cooler about it and still managed to wrangle us a 5 top round table in the window. The menu is about as straight forward "french bistro" as you can get. We all stuck to traditional items, steak frites, roasted chicken, chicken paillard, etc. The mussels were huge and mighty tasty. When you add in how great our server was with us, and the idea that in the summer you have this amazing patio, I will definitely be going back.
