El Matate

I’m convinced that my mother sprinkled a liking for Mexican in my baby food at an early age. No matter the circumstances, I am always game to try a new taco place. The first judge of any Mexican eatery is always the salsa. El Matate did not disappoint with their homemade recipe of awesomeness and fresh tortilla chips. When it came time for decisions, I opted for the fish tacos and boy were they the real deal. Also, be sure not to leave until you have tried their fruit salsa, it’s a game changer. El Matate receives my triple F award: fast, flavorful, and filling !
